He's not as fluid, but his nose for the ball and physical tools scream sure-fire PBA prospect. Being a UP graduate, I should have responded with some words to show support to my alma mater, right? But for some reason, I  didn't. I can't. I unintentionally spoiled the moment when I replied, ‘ UE mananalo dyan’ . It turned out I was right. UE led the scoreboard almost the entire game. Whenever UP tried to make a comeback, Pasaol and his crew found ways to shut the door for the Maroons. UE Red Warriors 66-57 Notable Players: Jerrick Ahanmisi, Adamson (14 points, 3 assists, 2 steals): Ahanmisi took full advantage of UE clamping down on Sarr all game long, moving really well without the ball for multiple spot-ups. He scored as much shots as he took, but an aggressive Ahanmisi is always a good thing for Adamson. Papi Sarr, Adamson (12 points, 15 rebounds, 2 assists): It may seem like Sarr was limited by UE if you just look at the number of shots he took, but the sheer presence he had down low was enough to make life easier for his teammates. UE Red Warriors 106-100 Notable Players Alvin Pasaol (49 record breaking points, 8 rebounds, 4 offensive rebounds, 4 steals): The best player from the winning team usually gets mentioned first, but we make exceptions.  Alvin Pasaol's phenomenal all-game, all around game almost brought out the upset banner by pummeling on Mayhem repeatedly.  Thriving on press breaks and defense that gambles a lot on passing lanes, Pasaol had a holiday taking all-day shots or barreling in abusing the compromised interior defense of La Salle. As if the prolific scoring was not enough, Pasaol crashed the board and scored 8 points off second chances and shared the ball when La Salle defenses collapsed.  In the second quarter alone, Pasaol was the lone ranger scoring all of UE's field goals. UE Red Warriors 90-83 Notable Players: Prince Orizu, FEU (15 points, 16 rebounds, 2 blocks) : UE simply could not match Orizu’s presence in the paint on both ends of the floor. Orizu had his 10 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 blocks in the 1 st 7 minutes of the game alone, right before UE adjusted by sending more double teams. His mere presence was enough, however, to stifle the Red Warriors come the end game.
